THE MART is pleased to provide the following services to our tenants and guests.
Building Concierge
The Concierge Service is in THE MART’s South Lobby, below the Grand Stair. It is staffed each business day from 9am to 5pm. The concierge can answer questions regarding accessibility, the building, parking, and events, as well as assist you with restaurant and theater reservations or travel information.
Service / Construction
Building tenants may call on THE MART’s full-time operations and construction management staff, including carpenters, electricians, engineers, housekeepers, painters, and plumbers. Loading Dock
THE MART’s 50-plus berth loading dock is accessible weekdays from 4am to 8:30pm and 6am to 2:30pm on Saturday. Freight elevators begin service at 6:30am weekdays. The dock is open additional hours prior to markets. Call (312) 527-7559 for more information.
Packing & Shipping
For assistance in packing and shipping your products, call Materials Management at (312) 527-7559. A FedEx office is located on the second floor and is open 9am to 9pm weekdays. For assistance, call (800) 463-3339.
Security / Lost & Found
