THE MART has unbeatable public transit access with a dedicated CTA Brown Line stop in building. Metra stations are just a short walk or a quick ride on the convenient MART shuttle bus. Parking is available in building or in adjacent lots.

Features include: 500+ linear feet of river front, covered outdoor workspaces, private event space, and 13,400 SF park space and lawn areas.

Tucked behind Marshall’s Landing, The Founder’s Room is a beautifully adorned room exclusively for tenants of THE MART. An intimate setting with a private bar overlooking the Chicago River — a perfect escape! Available after 5PM for up to 50 guests.
